Define Defense offers fantastic TRX, Kettle Bell, Bootcamp and Weight Lifting classes. Most studios spend the whole time around the one piece of equipment, which can lead to boredom or your body gets used to the workout. At Define Defense, we take it to the next level and constantly keep your body and mind guessing as we always switch things up. We combine all our cutting edge equipment to keep you moving and constantly have you do different things. The core of the workout revolves around the TRX Suspension Bands, Kettle Bells, traditional equipment or Rip Trainers, however we throw in even more proven methods and equipment to give you a better workout and more results!
