Define Defense is conveniently located in downtown Boulder, Colorado. We offer different programs for different people and different goals. We have low impact TRX and Kettle Bell fitness classes which range from beginner to advanced athletes and we have intense Warrior Training classes for the die hard fitness fanatics as well. Define Defense also has the most complete Mixed Martial Arts & BJJ program in the area under owner Sander Vanacker and recently retired professional MMA fighter Conor Heun!

You will be instructed by educated and certified instructors. We have the knowledge and experience to get you results and offer you a fun and diverse training experience. We never do the same workout twice and our classes and programs are well thought out to ensure you make progress, whether you are looking for technical skills or physical results. If you’re looking to train Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you came to the right place! Get taught by Conor Heun and Sander Vanacker. You are also able to combine your MMA training with great conditioning classes.
Define Defense offers fantastic TRX and Kettle Bell classes. Most studios spend the whole time around the one piece of equipment, which can lead to boredom or your body gets used to the workout. At Define Defense, we take it to the next level and constantly keep your body and mind guessing as we always switch things up. We combine all our cutting edge equipment to keep you moving and constantly have you do different things. The core of the workout revolves around the TRX Suspension Bands or Rip Trainers, however we throw in even more proven methods and equipment to give you a better workout and more results!
