Weapons Defense Workshop - Free

A workshop in which we'll go over how to defend yourself against weapon attacks. All levels are welcome (ages 16 and up). We'll go over stick, knife and gun defense while staying realistic (they're weapon attacks after all). Monday August 22nd, one hour from 7.15-8.15pm. We will start off with a warmup and stretching to loosen up our joints before we get into the wrist and arm locks.
