Self Defense Party

Now we also offer self defense parties! Do you want to learn how to defend yourself and do it with your family or friends? Then our self defense parties are right for you! We can do 1 or 2 hour private parties in which you will learn the basics of effective self defense while having a blast!

As we strive towards the most effective and realistic self defense, we guarantee you will leave with an extensive knowledge of how to defend yourself!

The self defense parties teach you all the lines of defense: verbally, stand up, prevent takedowns, get back up and ground defense. And it is a lot of fun, especially when we put the techniques into practice against our instructor in the Red Man suit!

Personal Training Assessments

At Define Defense, we offer private personal training sessions. These are not just great because you have the whole gym and all machines to yourself but you also get your assessments every 2 months. This shows your progress and what you have done/earned. We believe training should be backed by theory and science, that is why we carefully log your efforts and study them to guarantee you get the best possible training.
