Free Women's Self Defense Workshop

Join us from 5.15 - 6.30pm for a free self defense workshop at Define Defense. We will be focussing on the basic elements of defending yourself and others while learning about techniques, the mental aspect and putting these into practice against a fully padded instructor. Bring your friends & family as this will be fun!


Free Friendly Sparring Meetup

Time: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM

Friendly sparring meetup from 6.15-7.15pm. Bring your protective gear, you can either do stand up or grappling with any other martial artist or simply share ideas and techniques (open mat). No fees.


Free Personal Training Consultation

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Come by our studio between 10am and 1pm for a free personal training consultation. During this time, we will show you our facility and how we work as well as discussing your goals and how to reach those. Together, we will discuss a potential training program and the way for you to reach your objective. More info on our personal training services here.

Our Official Ribbon Cutting Event

Come celebrate the recent opening of neighboring studios Define Defense Martial Arts & Private Training and Julie Kate Photography. There is no cost to attend this public event and one time discounts will be offered! The ribbon cutting is organized with the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. Drinks and bites are available for all visitors, as well as a tour of our brand new facility.


Fitness Bloggers Conference: Free class

Define Defense will offer a free MARTIAL ARTS CLASS to Fitness and Health Bloggers Conference attendees on Sunday afternoon on “Incorporating martial arts movements into your fitness routine.” If you are leery of or simply not familiar with how to use martial arts to improve your fitness, this is your chance! This free class is for attendees of the conference only.
